Are you leaving money on the table?
More often than not, when we engage a new client we quickly discover that they are not recovering everything they’re entitled to and are effectively leaving money on the table.
This can happen any number of ways, but some of the most common ways are:
❌ Missed scope at tender;
❌ Drawing revisions not checked;
❌ Rates too low;
❌ Poorly put together Applications for Payment;
It’s not surprising these things happen. Running your jobs and keeping your clients happy is a full-time job. Paperwork is often done in the evenings or weekends when you’re knackered!
Most clients will take advantage of this. It’s highly unlikely that your client will point out your mistakes; after all, it will cost them more money.
Your money!
If you want to check if you’re leaving money on the table, get in touch.
