On this new build residential project we assisted our Specialist Contractor client with tendering duties, we carried out a measure from the issued drawings and specifications. We carried out tender negotiations with the developer and duly assisted our client with securing the project.
Following contract award, we continue to provide post-contract duties including progress bi-weekly applications for payment, variations management and other cost control measures as necessary.
