We were appointed by our client Ross Brickwork to assist with pre-construction services which involved the pricing and tendering of the project. Following on we were involved in post tender negotiations with our client and we were ultimately able to secure the project for our client. We reviewed and amended the contract recieved from Main Contractor Farrans Sacyr JV to reduce risk and ensure a more favourable position for our client.

Following the signing of contracts we were appointed to Commercially Manage the project including issuing of Applications for Payment, tracking progress and drawing changes and valuing and agreeing variations where applicable. We continued through to final account agreement.

The project was a successful one for our client Ross Brickwork and ourselves and we have been retained since by Ross Brickwork to assist on ongoing projects.
